i. All applications will be assessed using the following criteria:

(a) Project Goals and Objectives are clear and in line with overarching project goals (5);

(b) Clear Identification of issues and how the project would address these issues (5);

(c) Completeness and correlation of the proposed project Budget to the project itself (5);

(d) Demonstrates benefits and results with respect to the enhancement of ICT sector in the Commonwealth of Dominica (10);

(e) Shows that business would remain sustainable for at least three years after receiving the grant (10);

(f) Employment creation as well as sustainability (10);

(a) Project is environmentally friendly (5);

(b) How it can contribute towards poverty reduction (5);

(c) Will increase the ICT skill level of persons associated with project (5).

(a) The Management Team has required qualifications and experience to operate a successful business (20);

(b) The Management Team has the technical capacity and industry knowledge to implement the project successfully (22).
